I love, love, love that the gang is running towards danger and that this is "the biggest damn con of all time." I think that's what I love most about the series - that these guys, that were once just in for themselves/the money are now Doing The Right Thing and you've captured that perfectly here! And I love that Elliot is all "WTF, zombies?!?!" And then that becomes nowhere near the weirdest thing. *g*
