Well, I finally got my Fic Master List all together and posted. (Copiously backing it up as I went along this time. Grrr.) I stole ![[profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
pepper_field's format which included word counts. Of course, having them all lined up there made it far too tempting to calculate a total word count to date. Frankly, it's frightening: 442,300 words. Wow. I guess I am long-winded. Lol. And, because I am crazy that way (and in no way looking for an excuse to procrastinate writing and/or vacuuming the house), I also provided links to my fic broken down into several useful categories: Gen Fic, Sam/Jack Fic, Other Pairings Fic, Long Fics, and Apocafic.

I'm not terribly surprised to hear about SGA. A bit sad though. It was nice to have that show there, just to keep the 'verse alive. Certainly SGA has a lot of characters I have grown to love. My main fear is that all the fabulous secondary characters that really make that show for me won't make it into any movies. There's always hope that the third Stargate series will star Lorne. Yeah. Or hell, I'd watch a show about the Daedalus. Mmm...Caldwell. I'm not holding my breath though. I bid you a fond farewell, show.

I was just commenting toabyssinia4077 last night how much of a multishipping whore I am with SGA. It's actually *really* refreshing to be a multishipper. I've always been an OTP kind of girl since long before I knew fandom existed. (Tom/B'elanna! Buffy/Angel! Luke/Lorelai! Melody/Ted! If you get that last one, you are my hero. lol) But being a multishipper? Being perfectly fine to see Keller kiss Ronon one ep and then go out with Rodney the next? Wanting to see Caldwell and Liz hook it up, but still loving to read Lorne/Weir? Wow. This is *fun*! I pretty much have zero interest in the two SGA biggie OTPs, but any and all other combinations? Love. It's really great not to be so damn invested for once. Having an OTP is hard, dirty work. Not that I would ever trade in my stupid cute OTP, I'm just enjoying the ease of watching a show from a multipshipper's point of view for once. There is a hell of a lot less angst. How refreshing!
