Oh, very cool comparison for Sam :) Now that I think about it, I wonder how they'll react when/if they see Inara ;)
And then you have the meeting Kaylee scene, which I totally love on basis that she's such a warm person :) And Sam could use someone like that right bout now ^^
Aw, it would be cool if you wrote a scene with Sam meeting Dr. Keller in the future and there being a little spark ^^

And it gets a lot more interesting! yay :D

Yeah, I love Kaylee. Especially in this story, which has a dark, gritty edge to it. She's like a breath of fresh air, being warm and not as cynical as all the rest.
