Writing Goals 2010

1. Down Here Among the Wreckage

Yes. This is the year I finish this sucker. I know it’s been ages since I added anything to this beast, but I promise I have been working on it. Really. TOP OF MY PILE!

2. Day of Indulgence Fic

This is actually the original idea I had for the challenge last year, but this is the year I plan to finish it. It keeps getting longer and more involved and features a heck of a lot of clichés in a single fic. I’m pretty excited about it! The end of February is looking very near. Eep!



3. Final Installment in ‘Convergence’ ‘verse- Done! Falling Back to Earth

Note the word FINAL. I will finish this story-turned-beast and then I will be done with it. Truly. No more sequels. Just up through ‘Children of the Gods.’ Uh-huh.

4. DC Series

Yeah, I have a couple more ideas sketched out, though most very, very fragmentary at the moment. Might have to undertake some season 9 and 10 rewatches for this. Darn.

5. Original Novel Project
I want to get my NaNo 2009 revised and readable before NaNo 2010 rolls around. And for NaNo 2010? Possibly the sequel. Heh.

Beyond these five projects, things are very, very fragmentary. Which is kind of scary. Clearly I need to sign up for some ficathons or something. Or possibly my muse, finally noticing that all of my fics get a tad looong these days, is being kind and only tossing half a dozen plots at me at a time. Riiiiiight.

Another few from my WIP folder that could possibly explode this year (or finally get finished):

-Vala ‘Unending’ Fic
-‘Lies You Feed Yourself’ spin-off fic
-Jack and Maybourne epic with bonus Sam/Jack
-Babyfic, Annerb style.
-Sequel Fic (I am still too superstitious to actually say which one I mean. Lol.)
