Alright flisters....I was brainstorming the whole AU thing (and dragging GateShip along with me...muwahahaha) and this one stuck with me.  I conceive of it as a series of stories/ficlets set into one AU!verse that I've fabricated.  It's a Dr. Carter AU....and she's infected my brain!  Gah!  She really needs to stop talking to me on the drive to work.  I'm skilled, but not so skilled that I can drive and write at the same time.  Maybe some day...

Anyway...before I digress any further and end up talking about who knows what, I thought I would post the first ficlet to see what you guys think.  I am pretty confident that it is actually AU, but I would like to know if it is at all interesting or if it's just crap.  I trust you guys.  :)   Yeah...and anyone who wants to jump on board as a beta for my au100 work would have my eternal gratitude and literary bribery of your choice.
