Happy Birthday, Kat!

Happiest of birthdays to the lovely [livejournal.com profile] katcorvi, without whom life would be much darker indeed.  She encourages my crackiness, inspires my stupid cute muse, and staves off boredom or bad moods with well timed photos of the hawtness of Jack. Just a few of the ways you make my life better, Kat! Hope you have a fantastic day and that you managed to save at least a few presents to actually open today. :P

Also, the authors have been revealed over at [livejournal.com profile] jacksamfriends  so I can point out that I wrote Stockholm Syndrome. Thanks to work overload and an invasion of house guests, I have not managed to read many of the entries, but am planning to put some good ole fanfic time in this weeked!

I did guess yours. Mostly because I got to it and ended up sitting there with a stupid grin on my face and thought, "Well, that's probably Pepper's," beause of the kids and then I re-read it and thought, "No, I think that's Annerb's." I...may spend too much time re-reading your fic. :-)

(The only other person I actually guessed was Bean's, and even I don't know exactly why.)

Thank you! I can't imagine hanging out here on the internetz without you around. My life would be dull and dreary and so lacking in squee. Thank goodness you and your angst came along and then boom, it's discussions of Thor and his lack of pants and the next thing you know, crackfic and the stupid!cute forever. ;0)

Today, though, has been fantastic for there has been cake and birthday wishes and cake! Chocolate with cream cheese frosting and then J gave me a present of S4 of BSG this morning, so I did have something to open today. I used the fantastic coffee mug today at work, too. It is being coveted by several coworkers. You scored 100 with that one, dearheart.
